I LOVE MY LIVER Smoothie

 
  • 1 bottle of TEAONIC "I LOVE MY LIVER" tea
  • 1 chopped head Romaine lettuce
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 1 chopped green apple
  • 1 small bunch cilantro
  • 1 small bunch parsley
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • Ice (optional)
Directions:
Place ingredients in high-power blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into tall glass and enjoy! Makes 2 servings.

I LOVE MY SKIN Smoothie

 
  • 1 bottle of TEAONIC "I LOVE MY SKIN" tea
  • 1/2 bunch dandelion greens
  • 1/4 cup chopped kale
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • Ice (optional)
Directions:
Place ingredients in high-power blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into tall glass and enjoy! Makes 2 servings.
